Hand formed ceramic ‘rock coral’ Trinket Dish
Hand formed ceramic ‘rock coral’ Trinket Dish
This paint palette or trinket dish is hand formed in white raku clay, and in my home studio in Castlemaine, Vic
The piece is glazed.
The shapes and dishes are inspired by Rockpool formations observed in Lorne, vic.
Approximate size: 13 w 12 h x 2cm d
*size and design may vary slightly from the dish pictured
Care: These pieces are fired to high stoneware temperatures, (1280 to 1300 degrees c) to ensure that they are strong and durable. They will withstand normal wear and tear - but will most likely not survive being dropped on hard surfaces ie: tiles or concrete. They can be washed in warm water and soap if they become dirty - especially on any unglazed /matte surfaces. *Gold luster must be treated carefully, as it is on top of the glaze it can lose it's shine with anything abrasive or solvent based products.
